What is JOY Equine?

 JOY Equine Mission is to  CULTIVATE CHARACTER, RELATIONSHIPS AND JOY. Below are the list of philosophies we are drivin by.

We take action to create a culture and services that provide the space for Meaningful Relationships, Character Development, Purposeful Accomplishment and Responsibility. We believe these are the fundamentals of experiencing true and lasting joy in all aspects of our lives. We are committed to the study and practice of joy.    

 “I WILL WORK ON ME FOR YOU” Whole healthy relationships are cultivated in selfless humility that commits to working on one’s own character development. We believe this is the foundation of all whole healthy relationships, people and horses alike. We are committed to working diligently on ourselves in order that we may offer the most to all our relationships.    

“BRINGING HUMANITY BACK TO INDUSTRY” People are priority. Family, friends, family who have become friends and friends who have become family. In all our interactions we are committed to showing love and care to people and horses. We are committed to taking care of people and horses. We are committed to servant leadership and each individuals unique and original design.   

“FOCUS ON OTHERS EXPERIENCE” We are curious and attentive to the perspectives of others, our curiosity drives us to ask inquisitive questions with the desire to truly understand the others experience and views. We are committed to doing the hard emotional work of empathy and understanding with both horses and humans alike.
